As a certified life coach, energy worker, somatic practitioner, and intuitive channel, I combine grounded methodology with spiritual insight to support meaningful, lasting transformation. My strength is reflection: revealing the brilliance, resilience, and potential that already lives within you. Clients often call me a spiritual hype girl, not because of superficial positivity, but because I am genuinely invested in people feeling empowered, seen, and alive in their own lives.

Whether I’m teaching in a dance room, leading a professional retreat, speaking at a corporate event, recording the Spiritual Shitshow podcast, or guiding a one-on-one soul session, my intention is unwavering—to create a space where people return to themselves. A space where they can access their truth, celebrate their gifts, and remember their innate power.

My background in movement has taught me that embodiment is not optional; it is the doorway to authenticity. We live, express, and transform through our bodies. Dance became my first language, and it continues to inform my work—reminding us that being human is not just a concept, but a lived, embodied experience.
